During lockdown in the UK, many people have turned to baking as a way to keep busy during this difficult time.
Learning a new skill and creating something tasty is a pretty good way to spend a few hours.
So far we’ve seen people making whipped Nutella, Percy Pig cocktails and lots and lots of banana bread.
But the latest baking craze seems to be cheesecake.
And if you love Lotus Biscoff biscuits and cheesecake, you’re going to love a recipe one woman has shared, as it combines the two to make a truly decadent dessert.
The best part is, you only need four ingredients to make it.
Leanne Bailey shared her recipe on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UKFacebook page.
In her post, she explained that the cheesecake is made from a packet of Biscoff biscuits and 200g Biscoff spread, two tablespoons of melted butter and 200g cream cheese.
To make the sweet treat, crush biscuits (saving one or two for decoration) and mix with melted butter.
Put the mixture in the bottom of a dish or tub and leave to set for a few hours in the fridge.
Once your base is set, combine soft cheese and Biscoff spread and spoon this on top of the biscuits.
Return the whole thing to the fridge and leave to set for a few more hours.
Once ready, decorate with spare biscuits and enjoy.
Hundreds of people liked and commented on her post.
